Interview
Overall process has 3 steps: first interview with a person from HR, second step with a manager and last step with a higher manager. I've done two steps. First one was great. The HR's lady was very well prepared. She listened to me, didn't ask the same questions. It was more like a chat than a serious interview. The second part was worse. Manager didn't seem to be interested in the conversation. Repeated the same questions a few times. Seemed like she really didn't care. Probably she's already had someone on her mind.
Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with your co-worker and did you solve this problem./Have you ever worked with someone you didn't agree with?

Interview
It was a great experience! The interviewer was calm, patient, and very clear with the questions. I was comfortable throughout the entire interview. The questions asked mostly related to previous jobs. The interviewer was interested in getting to know who I am as a person, that is, my character and values.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IKEA (Wayne, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Worst job interview process I have ever experienced. All communication was done electronically via their hiring application. Never talked with a person. Applied and was not contacted for several months. Then was asked to do a one-way interview. Several months later advised they would be interviewing other candidates. Over 4 months from beginning to end of process with no actual discussion with a person. A very impersonal and disrespectful experience.
