      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IKEA (Tokyo) in Mar 2020

      Interview

The first interview was interviewed with three interviewers, and the second interview was interviewed with one interviewer. The atmosphere was relaxed atmosphere, and each took an hour. There were no very difficult questions, and there were many questions about previous experiences.
