The interview process was punctual and seamless. I never felt like I was left hanging. My recruiter Alvin Austria was always in touch with me letting me know what the next step in the process would be. Shortly after I submitted my initial application Alvin reached out to me over the phone for the first interview. He was very courteous and professional. Afterwards he set up my 2nd interview with Paul at the store location. Paul was friendly and easy to speak with. He asked me about my relevant work experience as well as several scenario-based questions. A day or two after the on-location interview I received the forms for the employee drug test by email which I scheduled and took ASAP. Once that was complete, Justin texted me to schedule my orientation, and I was fully on-board. Overall the process was straightforward and never stalled once.
