A lovely lady interviewed me and the questions included an example of each time I used one of ikeas key values such as simplicity and togetherness. Overall it was a simple process
A relaxed interview process where they will ask you basic competency questions. things like a time where you had to deal with a difficult situation/customer, or a time where you had to take feedback.
