The process took 3 months to process, received good feedback for all round and finally reject application without feedback.. Rounds, 1. Interview with recruiter -- 1 hr 2. Interview with Hiring manager -- 1 hr 3. Offline assignment -- It need 3-4 hrs to complete 4. Interview with senior software engineer - 1 hr 5. IKEA culture interview -- 1 hr 6. Grand parent interview -- 1hr Good feedback received for each round, Process took too long. When I finish one interview, it took 4-5 days to get feedback and after 1-2 weeks they schedule another interview. I disappointed with the process because it was too long and even after getting encouraging feedback for each round. After 3 months they said that they are looking person who are bit more senior. WASTE OF TIME. In general I don’t mind if I rejected with getting proper feedback. I spent more than 12 hours for each round and there is not even feedback why I rejected and what could I improve I would comment here for candidates, 1, Don’t take your application in serious with IKEA(You can get rejection at anytime even though you receive good feedback from them), 2. Keep searching another job while you interviewing there.
