3 Part process: First, pre-screening with recruiter. Second, in-person with deputy DC and HR Manager. Third, Panel interview with senior regional leadership team, site walk, Q&A, and a final meeting with the senior steering team onsite. The process was streamlined with the exception of the delays from me countering there offer and the time it took to get there counteroffer back to me for review and signing. The team was polite, professional, and eager to talk.
