Process was nice and easy. They ask you personal questions and questions about ikea. It’s a very laid back interview if it’s your first job. Just do research on the company before like their values and what they believe in and also what they do for their community
It was a typical interview. They asked question about past experience and described ikea culture.Even though I knew i wasn't excited about working for ikea, in this economy I decided to give it a go.
Fueron varias etapas, la última tienes que hacer una entrevista grupal donde te plantean un caso de una familia y tienes un presupuesto con el que venderle. Después está la fase de entrevista personal. Mi recomendación es que se te escuche en la dinámica grupal pero no te pongas por encima de nadie quieren ver también como interactúas con los compañeros
