The interview was conducted by two managers in a seemingly casual atmosphere with a mix of competence and behavioural questions. A third team member came in to join the conversation with no particular reason or questions. Despite my best efforts to prove my abilities for the job and offer positive interaction with them I was left without much feedback an the impression that interview was more of a formality for them than an actual opportunity for me.
