Most people started with a phone interview. I started with a one on one about a week after I applied. Went through a background check which took about five days. Then a cheek swab drug test. Took a bit longer than I would've liked, but still went well.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
