Applied with CV if successful there interview is 2 stages. A video interview where you had to answer 3 questions based on the role you applied for and in person interview based on Ikea values
You sit with a manager and they ask you questions about your past job experiences and other questions and then ask you take drug test if you pass. There is also a phone interview before the interview to determine if you go in for the job interview.
