I passed two interviews. The first interview was a phone call with Recruiter. He was very kind and optimistic. The second was a call with the Engineering Manager. Around the hour we talked about my experience and IKEA values. After a few days, Recruiter told me that my soft skills fit perfectly, but I didn't have DevOps experience, which was needed for that role.
