Interview
It went really smooth , all those interview questions would basically be from what u spoke and what's written in your resume , couple of situational questions as well , the interview is really interactive way and they are really humble and down to earth . The reason for me rating such low is , they weren't sure about recruiting a candidate and I accept every candidate has to be given chance who ever applied so , when a bench mark is set clear for you guys and u think he or she cannot or is not eligible for that bench mark you could have rejected there itself only you cannot with hold a candidate for one month and then reject , after numerous calls and follow ups in the end we don't even get any response of being rejected not even a formal mail . Any which way i should have understood the way employees were rating the company and work culture that this is also same as every non hierarchical system which states them as autonomous working culture but in reality it isn't
