HR will call you to set up a video call individually after you pass that video call you will be invited for another call with the logistics manager to interview on the technical side.

Excellent, very structured and we'll organized , meeting the future manager and future colleagues, they measure team collaboration skills and how much you are willing to help at work for a common objective
