Interview was thorough and professional. There was a focus on culture and values as well as experience and skillset. Questions were around previous performance asking for specific examples. Ended up with at least 3 interviews between the recruiter, hiring manager and "grandfather" interview.

three round of interviews with presentation on customer journey challenges and solutions. online test, first interview, second interview, third round of interview , it take alot of time for them to reply and short list , but at the end if you quality they reply you back. you need to demonstrate you are aware of brand and offering , challenges and analytics thinking through out. this out side the box, challenge the current status.
