There were 2 interviews. The first one I had two or three questions to answer and I had to record my answers. You get to practice but you don’t know what the actual questions are and you get I think 4 chances to record. Then there’s a face to face interview. This was very relaxed and they ask you a lot of ‘tell me about a time when….’ Questions. Just make sure your answers include IKEA’S values because that’s what they hire based off.
