Interview
Very long. Interview in person feels like an interrogation, the atmosphere is not very friendly in comparison to other companies' interviews.
The interviewer should not tell the candidate to relax at the end of the interview and point out that he/she was stressed. When you don't know the person you can't really tell when they are stressed (I was not), it is belitteling and unprofessional.
