Having worked for a number of organizations and have interviewd at a few places I would without any hesitation rate this organization, office and expereince as the worst I have ever come across. During the interview the Recruiter/HR person was on Instant Messaging chatting with someone while I was answering the questions and she was not being visibly able to control her emotions from the chat (she was laughing, giggling). She was about 15 minutes late for the interview, and didn't had the courtesy to explain/apologise for being late. All this was preceeded by a very antiquated test. Had I been a little immature, I would have walked out of the interview. And the icing on the cake was the salary that they were offering, looking for a very senior resource and paying the rate for an entry level.
