My interview was at 13:30 but I went there at 13:00 and the first thing they did was they entered my name in visitors register and then gave me assessment test which was way much easier. It consisted of basic math and logical questions. Then they told me to wait and I waited for 15 mins and then IT departments head came to interview me. They asked me basic questions about customer service from my previous job and few field related questions.

long interiews with aptitude test . be prepared for that . you need to apply online if you get a call then there is a phone interiew, if you clear that, then there is a technical interview , if you clear that then you have another interview with the senior hr
