Short phone screening. The lady seems like doesn’t even know what’s going on with their business, even asked me to explain job responsibilities for her. She asked me “what’s your current salary?” - seriously? You think it’s an appropriate question to ask? And suddenly she even looked at another candidate’s resume and asked me unrelated questions. - that is NOT professional at all. Makes me feel I’m disrespected.
