Absolute pathetic process, I initially received a phone call from a lady with a heavy accent who didn't know anything about the role and asked me random scripted questions, a week later received an assessment, and after 3 weeks of assessment, another lady called to say that I needed to rewrite the assessment and come in for an interview.When I asked a few questions, she became very irritated and refused to give me any information about the salary, instead forcing me to say a number. When I said the expected salary, she said it was out of our range and we were cancelling the interview.
