Worst process ever. Would never recommend anyone to go forward for their unlimited amount of interview stages and not replying even after 2 months and above that they hire people who did co-ops as masters students which is highly unfair

Worst companywith worst management system ever. They wasted my time with 3 level of interviews and never replying back just to hire someone internally for the position. They made me interview till the final stage and the manager even forwarded me to have an interview with someone from the team. My point is if they are to hire somebody already working there, they should not be posting the job and reposting it over and over again. The guy who got the job was working in production before and had done a co-op with them and this is unfair on so many levels that you just hire someone internally and not reply to those working hard to prepare for an interview without ever working in the company and never even reply to them. Shame on IKO industries
