IQ Test which was about reasoning, perceptual speed, number speed and accuracy, word meaning and spatial visualization , HR call, interview and offer letter. over all process took 3 weeks
It began with an email from HR asking for my availability. I replied promptly, got a call the next day, and was immediately sent an aptitude test. I completed it early. After nearly two weeks of silence, I was invited to a panel interview, followed by more assessments. Eventually, I had an onsite interview.
And then—silence. After all that time and effort, the least they could’ve done was offer the courtesy of closure. Anyway, all the interviewers were nice, which I genuinely appreciated.
