Bit of unstructured interview process and lack of clarity in role and duties. Had 4 to 5 rounds of interviews including Recruitment manager, CHRO and CFO. The company is a family run business so there are lot of moving pieces. While the growth and opportunity seemed lucrative, somehow the duties and responsibilities or talent requirements were unclear due to changes and attrition in the company i believe.
