Interview
Recently, I have gone through the interview process of Service Desk Analyst at IKO Industries Ltd. at Brampton Facility. At first, it was screening call and then there was a technical assement round which I passed and the HR mailed me that the Service desk team wants to meet me for an interview at Brampton. I went there and it was easy. The manager was really good and it doesn't feel like an interview it was more like the conversation. They gave me some troubleshooting questions and I did it. Furthermore, they also gave me some advice. Unfortunately , there were some more qualified and skilled candidates than me so that I haven't got any offer yet. Although it was really good experience and I believe in the future we will surely cross path.

They Ask me about the past experiences . They ask me me what kind of troubleshooting that I loved most and how my educations and skills align with the roles.
