First mental maths consisting of 30 questions. Then cultural fit, which was quite standard. Then technical interview. Last round is a market making game in first interview and a more quantitative exercise in the last interview

Interview
Psychometric Testing. Standard numerical, comprehension and geometric sequence stuff. The geometric sequence was of the form, here is a sequence of four shapes with various properties (ie triangle/rectangle, shaded/not, large/small) and then some operations are performed on the shapes whose structure are either explicitly described or implicitly deducible from some example. You are asked to fill in either the starting pattern, the operators used, or the final pattern.

Interview
Initial contact was with HR. Filled out application and questionnaire. Consent to credit check. First round of interview was with 2 senior traders to whom I would be working for directly. Second interview was with Senior Trader. Low-key. Not high pressure. Some mock trading involved. Awesome people. Great office space. Good benefits package. Seems to be great place to work.
