I got invited for an OA, I got 3 100 scores and more than half scores were above 80. Some were very low too (around 20). Almost 10 days later, I got the rejection saying I did not pass minimum requirements. What I find weird though is that I practiced their test twice before the actual test and got completely different results (100 on where I had gotten 20). So I'm a little skeptical about these OAs. Question 1
There are four games that are supposed to measure you brain capabilities. I don't think there is any preparation necessary.
Roughly 30-minute phone interview with campus recruiter. Standard interview process, why do you want to work at IMC, why trading, walk me through your resume, basic behavioural questions. No technical questions at this stage.

Questions sur IMC Trading, sur votre parcours. Pourquoi vouloir faire ce poste.
Puis un jeu de Market Making, il faut proposer des bid et ask (faire un marketà et la RH vous dit si elle achète ou vend.
Suite à cela, vous avez un ou deux brainteaser, avec des mathématiques mais généralement assez simples. Le vrai entretien avec traders est après.

CV screening, Neurolympics Online Assessment, SparkHire Video Online Assessment. SparkHire consists of 2 behavioral questions and 1 technical question (probability). Behavioral questions are generic and technical question is basic (online prep or green book level)
