There are psychometric tests followed by online interviews that are quantitative. They are most interested in your way of thinking as opposed to the correct answers. For the final interview there is a behavioural interview and 3 technical interviews that are completed on site.
Online Assessment, If you pass they organise a phone interview with a recruiter. Call lasts around 20-30 mins and goes over classic behaviourals. Overall a good experience but very competitive entry.
First part is an online games/assessment followed by a hirevue type online interview with a technical question. Then a behavioural interview with some brainteasers and market making games. Final round is onsite.
