Standard interview process. Application moves you to possibly phone interview to a possible live video interview with a recruiter. Very easy to talk to and keep the interview running smoothly. Typical behavioral interview.

Interview
Was interviewed by HR and noticed a lot of red flags. She kept trying to gauge how naive I was and played a lot of verbal games. Mentioned that the company expects employees to work a minimum of 42-48 hours per week. Skirted around my question of what the company culture is like with a response of "it's changing". Said that she'd set up an interview between me and the hiring managers but never followed up. Overall, she gave me the feeling that the company "cash cows" its engineers.
