I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMEG (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
I was the first in-person interview post Covid and the Principal initiated the interview. Brief conversation about my experience and kind of projects IMEG LA office works on.
Had a small 20 minute test with questions on mechanics and Structural engg basics. If you have worked in SoCal for 2-3 years, you should be absolutely fine.
Post that - 2 senior engineers continued with the interview. Again it was more of an informal discussion and they asked me questions about myself and my experience and I asked them questions about their experience of working at IMEG.
Ultimately - the Principal gave me a tour of the office and introduced to all the team members.
They followed up with an offer a week later.
