IMEG Mechanics interview questions

If you want honest review then read otherwise skip this one. If you have reference in this company then go ahead otherwise try other companies. I was called and taken brief management interview. After a month I was told to give an aptitude exam which I gave, it was easy. Then during 15-20 days, required documents were taken. After that, I gave 1 telephonic technical interview, 1 Skype technical interview, 1 HR interview. Then one behavioral test was there. This whole process took 2 and a half months!!!!!!!!!During all the interviews, I was asked if I was having any reference or not which I hadn't. I think, they will keep on searching for a reference candidate, once they will get one, no matter how many test you qualify, you will be rejected. So, again I am saying this, if you are having REFERENCE then only apply.
