First I did a data analysis test, and then they reached out to me about a week later for an interview. It ran around 45 minutes with personality and methodology questions.

Easy behavioral interview so I don't expect much differentiation among candidates...about a career plan, why this job, etc. really a matter of who looks like the best fit for the panel..

Interview
Interned a year before, referred by someone in the department. Got the call for the first interview three months after applying. The first interview was a panel of 4 counsel/ lawyers, lasted about 30 minutes. Got the call for the next interview two weeks later, another panel of 2 senior counsel. Got the offer a few days later by phone call. Offer letter came two weeks later.
