Applied online. Was contacted about a month later and was asked to come in for interview. Had to fill out an application in the waiting area upon arrival. Overall, the process was painless.

Weren't any difficult questions. Standard cut and dry interview questions about yourself and future.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMG Worldwide in May 2010
Interview
HR presented nice discussion points and posed thoughtful questions; department interviewer gave good indications of what the job would be like and was very willing to answer questions. However, did not adhere to stated timeline for response and promptly ignored inquiries for updates until HR mailed out a letter.
