I submitted an application online by reference of an employee. I was later contacted for an in-person interview in their offices. The interview was really casual and felt more like a conversation than an interview. A Director and a current intern sat in on the interview.

Question 1
What book have you read recently that has influenced you the most?
Was quick and well done. They were very professional and asked standard interview questions. I prepared by reading up on their current business which was plenty of preparation. Overall great process
The interview process is very straightforward. First, you submit an online application. The next rounds involve phone calls with human resource personnel as well as department personnel. Familiarity with your resume and experiences and how it applies to your desired field or choice of work is beneficial and should be communicated clearly.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IMG Worldwide
Interview
It was through Skype and it went very smoothly. HR was very friendly and quick to respond to emails prior to the interview to make sure everything was settled and in place. Interview started with a 5 minute presentation on why I wanted to work for IMG and how my experience/education applied to the job description. Was a little difficult to "present" over skype but managed it well in the end.
