I applied via Linkedin received an email inviting me to an interview. I was interviewed by two people and it lasted 30 minutes. The questions were intense but I did my best to answer them. I was then told I would hear within two weeks and I've receieved a call this morning saying that I wasn't successful but they wondered if I would be interested in shadowing the person ( unpaid work experience) so I could gain experience in this area which may lead to a freelancing position. I found this offer quite insulting as I applied for a FTC and was offered work experience as consolation for not getting the role I initially applied for.
