Highly unprofessional process. I was contacted by the recruitment lead, who emailed to schedule interviews. I did not receive a response in the time frame they specified, and when I followed up, they said they were "working out details." I followed up after a few days, at which point I received an email from their ATS saying my application was rejected. When I followed up a third time inquiring about the discrepancy, I did not receive a response. I understand companies are busy, but ghosting an applicant after you have already reached out to them does not bode well for their talent attraction strategy.
