After the application was submitted, waited to hear back. Heard back that I was a finalist and was invited to come and meet with the manager of the department. After meeting with the department manager, was invited to come back for a group interview/presentation. Presentation was done on quality computer & audio/visual equipment and was in an average classroom type setting. Interviewers were cordial and asked average interview questions. After this was called and offered the position by Human Resources officer who also notified me that she had conducted a background check and everything was good. Human Resources then held a 1 week intensive training session before I started any departmental work.
