This was for a 12 month contract role. After submitting application, it was a month before they responded, then set up an interview. Interview was with a panel of 3 from Ineos asking competency based questions from a specific list. Most disappointing was trying to get feedback after the interview. Having asked every week for the outcome, I eventually gave up asking as "waiting for all scores to be gathered" after 2 months is not very helpful for a 12 month role. I'd suggest that quicker decision may make the business more effective.
