Why did you choose to apply to the scheme specifically
Time consuming considering no feedback given despite multiple requests. Many meetings and stages and never felt like the person interviewing was interested. Spent lots of time preparing and making room for many interviews just to get an email saying I didn’t get the job and that they weren’t giving feedback.
