It was a 1-way video interview. There’s a website that they set up which has 8 questions. You record a short video to answer each question, then submit them. It’s a bit odd at first, but after a little while you get the hang of it. Luckily you can check and reshoot your videos before you submit them.

There were many steps to it, including a one way interview, an excel test (nothing to stress about) and a virtual interview with two team members that was mainly targeted to see if my personality and work attitude were a good fit. Overall, I would prepare well, but not stress out. People were very friendly.
