The interview was in two stages an on-line video with required responses to set question. You could practice a response and had opportunity repeat. This was then follow-up in person on one to one video call with a director.

After the application and the one sided video call, I spoke directly with a Hiring Manager for the position. I spoke with 2 others, one of them twice, over a 2 week period. The interviews were very positive and I was very excited about the position. Then I was ghosted. No replies to emails nor LinkedIn messages.
