One-way interview, the process was simple enough. You get as much time to consider the question and how you want to answer it as you like and can redo you answers as many times as you need. There are also two tests to take once the interview is done, both very straight forward. One question was 4 questions in one with only 1 minute to answer, which was not very well thought out. The job as advertised on LinkedIn stated its location as London and the role as remote. One of the questions on the interview was if I am prepared to travel to the office in Hertfordshire once a week. This threw me off. Companies should be transparent about the roles they are hiring for, so that applicants are prepared and no ones time is getting wasted.
