Interview
Started with a video reordered interview, which was followed by an excel test and 3 interviews with the hiring and management team. Once I was offered the position, I was still a little concerned about the role, the management team was very receptive to following up with a video call to discuss the role in more depth before I made a decision.

The entire interview process took 2 months and only would get responses when I would follow up after not hearing anything after a week or 2. There does not seem to be much structure or a lack of communication between departments. I also dealt with 3-4 different employees always getting passed off to someone else in a different part of the company.
