Interview
After applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted to take an unpaid content writing test.
A 1000 word article.
They provided a guideline and I could choose between 6 topics.
They also required me to complete the Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment and Behavioral Assessment.
All this within 3 days of receiving the email.
There was a response to my application but no feedback on the article.
Also, I was able to view my result and ID score for the behavioral assessment, so I'll not have to retake the test in the future.
I guess that's a plus.
