It took over a month from when I applied until I finally got the rejection form email. I had to do a one-way interview, i.e. no human interaction, and just talking to the camera and they supposedly watched it. I think one-way interviews are lazy on the behalf of the employer. They asked the same question, rephrased, about 3 times and it was an insult to my intelligence and a complete waste of my time to string me along for over a month.

Application; video interview; predictive and cognitive tests. I received a positive email response saying I would hear about the next step soon. The next step was a no. I strongly suspect age and disability discrimination based on my video appearance.
