I saw that the first interview was a one-way video and immediately declined to participate. Interviews are a two-way street as I am learning just as much about how you run your company and treat your employees as you are learning about the expertise I bring to the table. It's a lazy approach to the hiring process and shows me that my time is not valuable to you, so I refuse. Please keep in mind that many experts in the field advise against one-way interviews as they are known to introduce hiring bias and sabotage recruiting efforts. I would suggest researching the negative side of your practices before continuing. I am a highly skilled individual with an extensive portfolio to back that up. This practice shows me that you do not value my time and will only serve to push away your best candidates who know better.

The interview process was a breeze and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the questions they asked didn't give me the opportunity to really highlight my abilities and demonstrate my qualifications for the role.
