The Process consists of 5 steps.
1) pass the cognitive test
2) Do a one sided Interview (record yourself for the HR)
3) 2 homeworks (one is doing a competitive analysis and another one is some data manipulation
4) Interview with HR
5) Technical interview
6) interview with a PMO
My take on this that this is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The salary offered for you to jump trough all of the hoops is a joke.
the cherry on top is after you passed all of this is you are being put into 2 week bootcamp.
The attitude is ridiculous and humiliating.
Whoever is in charge of this process should be fired.

First you have an interview with the HR, then they send you a task to complete which is quite lengthy, expect to work 10 hours or so to complete that task, last comes the interview with the hiring manager.
