Overall, team was quick to reply and the experience was positive. I disagree with the use of a cognitive assessment and believe it should be removed from the process entirely. The personality test was odd too, but more common. I didn't mind the one way video interview and enjoyed speaking with the team. Seemed like a group of great people.

There were several interviews with the team, hiring managers, and managers. Overall, they were very kind, and the atmosphere was not tense at all. They were clear about when they would get back to me and provided clear directions. The recruiter team was very helpful and easily reachable throughout the hiring process.
