I only had the first step. I don't quite remember the other steps, because they were sent to me via email. The first step is doing a video interview and a Cognitive test. During the video interview, you have a set of questions, it was 7 in total, and you record yourself. It's one-sided, and you don't have a good understanding of what those questions are for. The cognitive test is ridiculous, of course. It's like you are in high school. Anyways, I completed everything. And as an answer, it was a rejection, but it doesn't say why. The candidates waste their time to fulfil their recruitment needs, but can't get a decent reply. Generic replies don't help people, and that's just upsetting. I don't recommend them at all.
