They want me to complete a "one-way video interview" on top of a bunch of other random assessments before even speaking to a person. Basically interview myself so that their lazy team can sit back and do nothing. I'm absolutely not doing any of that and any person with a shred of professional dignity should stay far away from these people. They have absolutely zero respect for candidates. May they receive and work with the people/candidates that they deserve.
