I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ING (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
It seems the process took longer than it should have. Everyone involved was pleasant, however. The order of the format of the interviews seemed backwards, as an in-person interview with an analyst preceded a phone interview with a director.
Interview that was mostly focused on fit, with some questions about commercial awareness. The people there were really kind and made the process run smoothly. The waiting time might depend on the role.
One video call just to e-meet, not technical questions just about me as a person then afterwards an in person interview similar to the video call no technical questions at all
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Brussels)
Interview
I participated in an interview where I presented my background, discussed my experience and motivations, and answered structured questions. It was an opportunity to demonstrate my skills while gaining a clearer understanding of the role and expectations.
